Julie Thompson

Julie is the Vice President of Origination, Commercial & Industrial, leading corporate offtake for Hydrostor’s 7 GW advanced compressed air energy storage pipeline.  She brings over 25 years of business experience and demonstrated leadership across diverse energy sectors. Origination and transaction track record includes 2.5 GWs of utility-scale renewable offtake,  561 MW of solar M&A, 1 GW of development collaboration agreements, acreage dedication agreements for a 100-mile water midstream and 50-mile crude gathering system, formed water midstream services JV with a Kayne Anderson portfolio company, and delivered meaningful contributions in closing $200mm development capital facility and utility-scale solar financings.
