
Hamilton Foster
Vice President CRC-IB
Hamilton is a Vice President with CRC-IB. He provides advisory services including transaction management,
financial modeling and structuring, due diligence, and deal negotiation for renewable energy project financing
and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining CRC-IB, Hamilton worked for a utility-scale solar IPP on the structured finance team, where he
helped raise over $2.7 billion in tax equity and debt. Hamilton also worked for a residential solar developer
focusing on business development and new market expansion.
Hamilton received a Master of Public Administration focusing on Energy Policy and Finance from Columbia
University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from the University of Colorado, Boulder
