Jonathan Silva

Jonathan Silva is an Energy Storage Engineering Manager at MN8 Energy, where he works across the full lifecycle of utility-scale battery energy storage systems. His work focuses on making sure safety, compliance, and performance requirements are built into projects from day one. Jonathan is deeply involved in aligning projects with UL 9540 and other safety standards, validating system performance, and ensuring battery assets are truly grid ready. He brings hands-on experience with battery fire safety design and mitigating fire risk in utility-scale storage projects.
