Michelle Dueitt

Michelle Dueitt is SVP of Operations and Asset Management for Treaty Oak Clean Energy where she leads the organization in commercial and technical management of operating assets to maximize performance and value.  She is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the energy industry including renewable energy (solar and wind), storage, hydrogen, biofuels, and oil and gas.

Prior to Treaty Oak Clean Energy, Michelle was SVP, Operating Assets for Pine Gate Renewables managing over 2 GW of solar and battery assets.  She also previously served as the Head of Asset and Partnership Management at ENGIE managing tax equity and sponsor equity partners as well as a fleet of wind, solar, and storage assets across the US and Canada.  Her previous positions included Joint Venture Management for Shell Wind Energy and VP roles in multiple wind venture holding companies.

Michelle holds a JD from University of Houston Law Center as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
