Nathan Picarsic

Nate Picarsic is a co-founder of Horizon Advisory, the category leading geopolitical intelligence provider. Horizon Advisory’s supply chain risk analysis has been profiled in leading international media, including The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Bloomberg, and Politico. Nate’s commentaries on strategy, technology, and investment have been published in outlets ranging from Bloomberg to TechCrunch. He has testified before the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission and the House Select Committee for Competition with the CCP on US-China technology competition. Nate also manages Futura, a fund that invests in early-stage industrial innovation and advises start-ups at Carnegie Mellon University’s Project Olympus. He is a Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and at the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University. Nate holds a BA from Harvard College and has completed executive education programs through Harvard Business School and the Defense Acquisition University.
