Paras Shah

Paras Shah is the owner of Nexus Growth LLC, where he advises clients on investments in power, energy, and sustainable infrastructure. He brings over 16 years of experience specializing in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, valuation, and strategic business development across North America, Europe, and Latin America. Previously, Paras served as Vice President at Denham Capital, managing investments in sustainable infrastructure, and as Vice President at EDF Trading, where he led the development and acquisition of assets supporting physical commodity trading. Paras holds a BBA in Business Honors and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA Charterholder and Certified Public Accountant.
