Ronak Maheshwari

Ronak is a Director with CG/ CRC-IB. He focuses on financial structuring and modeling, project due diligence, and transaction management for solar and wind project finance and M&A transactions.
Prior to his current role, Ronak worked as a Financial Analyst for Credit Suisse, covering financial valuations for Foreign Exchange and Rates Products across the EMEA and APAC regions. He previously worked with the Indian Government’s Renewable Energy Industry as a Project Manager.
Ronak holds a Master’s in International Affairs with focus on Global Energy Policy and Management from Columbia University in New York. He graduated from BITS Pilani in India with a Master’s in Economics and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
Ronak is an Endeavor Foundation and Earth Institute Sustainable Development Fellow, recognized for his work on sustainable development projects in India and Ethiopia.
In addition to his native language Hindi, Ronak is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
