Phil Denarra

Phil Denara is the Senior Director of Origination at Key Capture Energy (KCE), a leading developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale battery energy storage systems. KCE currently operates 14 projects totaling over 620 MW in Texas and New York and is advancing a multi-gigawatt development pipeline across U.S. power markets. Phil has supported a range of functions since joining KCE in 2019 and now leads market strategy and origination efforts focused on offtake agreements with utilities, corporate buyers and other energy market participants. Phil holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices from the University of Oregon and has a background in project finance and financial and carbon accounting.
