
Randolph Mann
Randolph Mann is President and CEO of esVolta LP. He is an energy executive with over twenty years’ experience identifying, creating and scaling strategic growth initiatives in renewable energy, microgrids and energy storage.
Prior to esVolta, Randolph was founder of Salt Creek Energy Advisors, which provided energy clients with strategic planning, transaction due diligence and execution, energy project development, and financial and economic analysis. Randolph served as Vice President of Development for NRG Energy, where he led utility-scale wind and solar development and established and directed a new platform to develop renewable energy-led microgrids. Randolph also served as Vice President of Development for Edison Mission Energy, where he positioned EME among the largest US wind owner/operators with a 2,400 MW nationwide portfolio.
