Gabe Murtaugh

Gabe Murtaugh is the director of markets and technology for the LDES Council, and focuses on market changes that accelerate pathways for diverse long duration energy storage technologies.  Gabe is active in the storage community and holds a number of advisory positions for marquee storage conference events.  Gabe has more than 10 years of experience working for grid operators, designing markets for storage participation and monitoring markets.
