Joe Crespo

Joe Crespo Ph.D. - Joe is currently CEO and Founder of Concurrent LLC, a company that develops utility scale battery storage systems designed to help facilitate renewable penetration and replace the capacity of retiring fossil fuel generation.  Prior to starting Concurrent LLC, Joe Co-Founded Genbright, which was acquired by Engie in 2019 and provided merchant asset management as a service to owners of renewable generation and battery storage systems. Joe’s other previous experience includes wholesale power marketing and trading at in Boston at Edison Mission Marketing and Trading.  Joe began is career as an economic consultant working for clients on wholesale energy market design and deregulation.
