Michael Conway

As Senior Director of Business Development, Mike is responsible for New Leaf’s energy storage development portfolio nationwide, and has personally developed over 400MWh of energy storage projects across New York and Massachusetts. Prior to that role, Mike was Borrego’s Director of Grid Integration, and was responsible for all technical, policy, and process elements of interconnection.

Before joining New Leaf, Mike worked on the utility side completing system impact studies and designing system modifications for oncoming distributed generation. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Power Systems and previously earned his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Energy Systems (MSES) from Northeastern University.
