Jim Gonzalez

Jim Gonzalez is a technical director in market policy and operations from the Southwest Power Pool.  Jim is an energy market and operations expert with over 15 years of experience at SPP.  He has held a variety of positions contributing to the market development and reliability of the SPP grid.  He has worked on the development, management, and administration of both the policies and systems required to implement SPP’s energy and ancillary service markets.
